Went there for the notary. They told me it would be 40 minutes. It’s been over an hour and I have been told the DMV people are the notaries. Another lady waiting was told notary customer are done by the DMV staff. Well the DMV line has renewed many times and I’m still sitting here. Very dissatisfied.

The staff here are very curt. It is an overwhelming stark difference from my experiences at other AAA office locations. When I lived in Riverside, they were just as busy if not more, and we're always polite and professional. Northern San Diego county was much better, I dont go in to this location anymore... More so because an employee approached my children while I was finishing up a transaction, the intent was to help settle them down, they offered them an activity to do just when I was saying it was time to go. Unfortunately yes my kid was upset and I had to deal with that stressful situation, and not the staff. (I was never approached or asked if it was okay to offer them the entertainment) because of that one time, it was enough for me to not want to go in to the location again. AAA as a company is great the staff here was not.

Came to register an out of state car here in California. Originally they said they might not be able to help but they were able to and Luis did a great job. Quick and easy. 10/10 recommend!

Completely wasted an hour and half of my life here because the front desk person neglected to look at my paperwork thoroughly. I had my 2 kids with me also which we could've went and did something fun rather then be told to go to the DMV. Why even pay for this membership when they fail to help me 90% of the time. It's always "you need to go to the DMV".... anyways maybe everybody should just go to the DMV and figure about AAA being a better solution to waiting

Jason Bellamy went above and BEYOND! He helped my husband and I resolve a registration issue with DMV. These days people carry a dismissive mentality and really don’t care to go the extra mile to ensure their customers are happy. He made us feel cared for and truly guided us every step of the way.
